Has anyone done any kind of weight Reduction and then maintenance in the recent past?? I am overweight and have tried Gym/ Diet/VLCC but the problem which I face is to maintain the reduced weight. I always end up putting weight after the reduction which is frustrating bonk
All fellow Puneites please share your ideas and thoughts on the same. I am planning to join the Talwalkars Gym in FC road and try again. Not yet fully decided though, if anyone has any suggestion please post it.
