Hi Punites. I want to know if there are good tailors in pune who can stitch my heavy silk suites. Also, I want to buy good material and get it stitch there itself. I want the tailor to have good designer patterns not the regular A- Line , chudidar and all. Something good and not too expensive.Can you suggest some good tailor or boutique -Sim
I quite like Vaste Tailors (not sure about the spelling). Situated in the lane beside Hotel Vaishali on Fergusson College Road. They always did a very good cut and fit for all of my punjabi suits.
hi sim, there is one tailor in kalyani nagar next complex to fortaleza building i forgot the name but you can see from outside itself. she sells materials and stitches as well good variety and good fitting!!!!its on the first floor as far as i remember!!! regards pavi
Hi Pavi, There is no complex next to fortaleza...so it must be in fortaleza itself. Have never tried tailors in Pune...i get everything stitched from mumbai. Now i should try this one. I too sell materials on exhibition basis. Roopa.

Hi, In Mumbai in every suburb we have one ladies tailor who can stitch salwars, chudidhars and saree blouses. The best of them will be decided by the citizens staying around that place. You can ask your relatives if any, about the suburb and the place they live in so that they can direct you perfectly. I can tell you about tailors around my place.
