Dear Ramya,
Thankyou for the F B.
I repeat, manasa puja is equally effective. Do not bother if you were not able to get the customary puja things.
You have done the ninimum necessary naivedyams - good enough !
Love,
Chithra. Quote:

Dear Birundha,
Thanks for posting the photos.
The pictures are very nice.
Your amman with "munnuchi" rojappoo, looks stylish !
The background Ganesha with headphone made me laugh ! How much, we make Him dance to our imagination !

Dear Chithra,
Once again, a BIG thanks to you, I did my Varalakshmi puja with full satisfaction. I too do not have all the things necessary for the puja nor did I make all the Naivedyam items like one should. But I tried to make up the lack with my manasika puja:) Your puja instructions were all printed and kept ready and handy and I followed it as closely as possible. I used to hear a cassette and do the puja , but chanting the slokas myself gave me contentment :)
Enjoyed seeing your pictures and thanks for the same.

Dear Birraj,
Your 'Amman' looks beautiful and your puja room is really elaborate. Can't believe it is in Denver :)

Dear Chitvish madam,
I too finished performing varalaxmi vratham yesterday as per yr pooja procedures and full satisfaction. I feel very fortunate that i have some hindu neibors, invited them in the evening gave them thamboolam and sundal.

Dear Kamla,
I am veryhappy to know that you did the puja to your satisfaction - that is more important.
Yes, I too feel, chanting gives us morehappiness than listening to chanting !
Thanks for the F B.
