Swami's blessings are with you dear that is why you are able to read Siddha Mangala stothram and offer wheat rava halwa.

Yes it is indeed a great feeling to offer him and then share it with others.

Sometimes even for years our time will not come ie if we want to read the stothram or do halwa nivedana.

Nice to know that Shree Guru Datta temples are in chennai. Actually i have no idea about temples in Chennai. I have seen that Dattatreya idols are there in many Shirdi Sai mandirams.

If possible visit Sri Anagha Sameta Dattatreya temple you mentioned. In this temple you make get the book AnaghaLaxmi vratam in tamil.
This book is available in Sri Ganapathi Sachidanada Datta Ashrams. It costs 25 rupees. It is a great vratam to do. Unfortunately i do not have tamil version to post.
I have been doing this vratam and i find GREAT improvement in my life.

DIGAMBARA means sky clad ascetic.

Sri Padavallabha Digambara
Sri Narasimha Saraswathi Digambara"

It is believed that if one chants this with devotion Swami is there around as he is Smartagami.

Dear saras,

One more sharing.

I felt Gods blessings yesterday. Yes, me and my sister are working in same company. My sister is at trainee level. As u know we started to pray for our father. Unfortunately, with out any expectation, my sister got promotion in 6 months, with Gods blessings.
We not at all expected this in this month.
She was in financial crisis and she shared everything with me day before yesterday and cried. I dont know whether it got into Gods ears, suddenly the next day she got promtotion.

We felt wordless for some time. Such a nice experience to share.

We felt Lord Dattareyas blessings.

Lavanya- Have been following your posts. Your dad is one lucky person, with two loving daughters.Don't worry. With your faith and prayers, all problems will melt by the Grace of SreePadaVAllabha.

Saras- Can never thank you enough. And agree that be it chanting the slokam or offering halwa naivedyam, we need His will to be able to really do it. Take me. HAd all ingredients ready for halwa naivedyam.Clarified recipe with you. Got up on Thursday morning, remembered the two line chant immediately and said it a few times. But then, the day took a life of its own and halwa did not work out. Some other time---

BUT,He did Grace me. I never sit in the morning to watch TV. Tuned in at 9am to Sankara Channel.They were showing some temple. And suddenly there was a shot showing Dattatreya on the roof/vidhanam. I first thought it was Dattatreya, then wondered if it was Brahma. There was a cow in the back, so I feel it was Datta.
