    Yes Ladies can chant Aditya hrudayam slokam....I chant it everyday in the morning.
    You must not chant it during Sunset.

    I too chant it everyday. But if I am not able to chant the same during morning hours, I use to chant it in the evening. Now I have come to know that it should not be chanted during the sunset and so from now onwards I should finish chanting it during the morning hours itself. Thank you Sowmya for giving this information.
