These days there are many CDs and cassettes available for any Sloka. You can play the sloka early in the morning and do your chores. If you keep listening to it, you will be able to recite it yourself in a few days.

This is also a very nice choice to recite slokas. You can get to know the raagam also for the slokas when you hear through a casette.

Samba, i dont know of permanent cure. Of course, inhaler helps in emergency situations. From Last monday i have started drinking lemon water early in the morning with methi seeds. i have found that there is reduction in wheezing for me plus i dont take inhaler much. Try. Hope it helps you too.

Hi ,
'Shashti' is of the Lunar phases. There are two of every phase other than Powrnami (full moon) and Amavaasyai (new moon). So, Shashti will come on the waning and waxing times of the moon. The Lunar month is 28 days.
Shasti Viratham is only required to be observed during the growing phase of the moon - i.e. before Powrnami.
Shasti Viratham refers to the fast, 'thithi' refers to the Lunar phase.
