When I read what you have written, the first thought that came to me was praying to Hanumaan.Parthasarathi swami has given a sloka and I can add another one on Hanumaan.


1)
बुध्धिर बलम, यसू, धैर्यम, निर्भयथ्वम, अरूगथा,
अजाद्यम, वाक्पतुथ्वम च ःअनुउमथ स्मरणाथ भवीथ॥

Intellectual strength (or intellect and strength), fame, courage,
fearlessness, good health,
briskness, and eloquence in speech, (these) will happen with the recollection
of (meditation on) Hanumaan!

2)
असाध्य साधक स्वामिन असाध्यम थव किम वध।
राम धुउथ, क्रुपा सिन्धू मथ कार्यम साधय प्रभू॥

(Hey) Swaamin, Rama dhuuthaa, ocean of mercy, one who accomplishes impossible
things,
Tell (me) what is impossible for you, Oh Lord, enable me to accomplish my
work!

After these two slokas, you can chant "श्रीराम जयराम, जय जयराम" as many times as possible.

I second what nini has suggested..
Also if u r going through sani thisai fasting on saturdays for lord anjaneya would remove all the obstacles.
Also try to recite hanuman Chalisa...
My 2cents.have firm faith..there is always light at the end of the tunnel...

There is not much that can be done but delete them as spam,change your mail if possible(inform your contacts about your new ID) also dont post your mail IDs on open boards, even many mazor boards discourage it.

hi toall,
i am eager to learn shlokas.whenever i see someone chanting mantras and slokas iam suprised. i take oath to learn them all, start from the first day but slowly start giving excuses for not reading daily.bonk pls.suggest me to improve my sloka vocabulary so that i could teach my child. iam an office going person,hence i could n't devote time for learning

I am also an office goer and I learn slokas only by getting books from the stores and read it one by one slowly and it gets memorised. You can buy books which are handy and can be carried by you in the handbag while you go to office and read them on the way if you go by auto, bus or train. It will easily get into your mind if you read them without talking to anyone and concentrate on it. This is just a suggestion of me as I learnt only in that way.
