I have a small doubt here.
Are you planning to read all the chapters in one go or different chapters each day?
For chanting purpose, there are few shlokas from each chapter.
If you want it,i can give you the information.

Thank you for your response. Which way do you suggest?? reading each chapter each day or all on one single day. I just tried to recite all the slokas once and it took almost 5 hours I suppose but later some one told me that we have to do some rituals before we recite these slokas and durgasapthashati is not supposed to be recited with out any guru upadesam . is that true?

Yes,this very powerful shlokaisi not supposed to be recited without Guru upadesam. However one can recite specific shlokas from different chapters without any such issue. My mother gave me these shlokas.

I feel its better to chant one chapter every day;more practical that way.
i shall give you the shlokas n details below.
    1)Argala stotram
    2)Keelaka stotram
    3)Devi kavacham
    4)1st chapter shloka 72 to 87
    5)4th chapter shloka 3 to 27
    6)5th chapter shloka 8 to 82
7)11th chapter shloka 3 to 39 [daily chanting]
plus Apharada kshamapana stotram and devi kavacham

The 30 shlokas from 11th chapter can be chanted daily.

    Hope this helps u.

One more addition here, forgot to mention that in Devi kavacham, you can chant upto 46 shlokas.
    46th is the phalashruti.
