Hi ji, This is from Devi Mahatmyam or Duga Sapthasathi as some may call it. If iam not mistaken it is the 5th chapter. Thank you for giving the meanings for these because without knowing the meaning there is no point in chanting.
This I have it in a separate paper printed and given name as Devi Namaskaram. It is good to recite in all the temples where there is Mahameru. I have it in Tamil. Shall scan and send it tomorrow.

Mahameru is one which is a yantra for Devi. It is not available in all the temples. But in some temples it is there. I am attaching sample pictures of Mahameru. Please go through it.
