Dear Divya, I am also in the same situation. But here the thing is even though my husband is having L1B visa, and his office is not ready to send him to onsite for long term and even he is not ready to fight. He is just wasting the visa. Already now 2 years had gone. In L1B, L2 -dependent visa, dependents can actually work. my situation is like door is both opened and closed kind of. So we need to wait untill the proper time comes for us. Till then we need to just wait with patience..This is the time for them. The period wont be like this always, we also will get the right time one day.
