please find below.It was posted in special slokas for specific purpose by Ramyakaushik.

This is slokam taken from Bala Kandam in Ramayanam. It is said that Kousalya Who prayed to God to have Child was blessed with Lord Rama .

Kousalya Ajanayath Ramam Sarva Lakshana samyutham
Vishnuh arthatham Mahabagaagam Puthram yeshvaku varthatham.

Read this 108 times if you can or else atleast 21 times and make some payasam and give it poor children. You will find good results.

You can also read 18th chapter of bala kandam to have male child.

The Bala Kandam slogam is really very effective.I have seen that in my personal experience.

Also there is a Vishnu temple near Koyambedu (near Vijakanth's Kalyana Mandapam) where in you can see Sita in the Pregnant posture.I read in Kumudam that if the preganant ladies go to that temple they will give birth to baby boy. You can try that.

I, per chance, came across your query just now.
For begetting a baby boy Santhana Gopala Mantra is recommended.
It goes as follows:
"Om Devaki Sudha Govinda Vasudeva Jagath Pathe Dehimey Thanayam Krishna Thwamaham Saranam Kadhahaa
Deva Deva Jagannatha Gothra Vridhi Karap Prabho Dehimey Thanayam Sheegram Ayushmandham Yashashreenam ! "
This mantra is to be chanted 108 times daily for 48 days. There after chant this mantra atleast 12 times a day till safe dely.

I feel both husband & wife could also do the chanting, eventhough some people are of the opinion that only wives have to chant.
Myself & DW have done this nearly 3 decades back with positive results and have, since then recommended to those who had approached us with this query.

In the case of ladies, understand this should be discontinued during monthly periods, and continued again from the 5th day after menses; the total number of days should be 48.
Please offer fresh cow's butter as nivedya and this butter should be taken by the husband and wife daily. No one else should share this prasadam.

For those visiting Ernakulam, a trip to Santhana Gopala Krishna temple at Thrippunithura, 8 Kms from Ernakulam, is also recommended.
