Sai Deeksha or sai mala procedure

Dear IL's,

I am a working woman in USA. I want to do Sai Deeksha or sai mala . I want to know the full procedure of dos and donts of sai Deeksha. My questions are

1.How to do deeksha
2.what are the nista niyamas to do it.
3.Can I wear chappals if I go to work or any place.
4.Should I do any Bramacharya (I am married).
5. Can I read other gods prayers like lalitha sahsranamam .... or should I restrict only to Baba.
6.Can I eat onion and garlic.
7. I am in menstrual cycle so can I do it for 40 days or it should be for 21 days.
8. Can I wear my work dress along with a green stole.
9.If I have to do satcharitra parayan how many chapters should I read per a day.
10.Can I start siddha mangala sthotram 11 times a day for 40 days.
