Astothara satanamavali pooja Vs astothara satanamavali stotram

Hi all,
Please enlighten me....
Is astothara satanamavali Pooja and astothara satanamavali stotram are same or different. I know those are 108 names of god ... But my doubt is ... The procedure of Pooja / recital is same or different... For astothara satanamavali Pooja we add om and namaha prior and after name of god and drop akshantalu or flowers at gods feet... Is this the same for stotram also or just we should recite the stotram

Dear saisameeraj sister,
yes you are correct ! for Ashtothra Sata Namavali we have to offer haldi or flower or kumkum for every namaha,but for Ashtothra Sata Namavali Stothram we have read it simply or we can sing like a song ,
no need to add om and namaha for stothram!!!
