நாமம் என்றால் சொருபத்தை ஒருமித்த உச்சரிப்பின் மூலம்,உண்மையை கிரகித்தலே.என் நாமத்தை உச்சரிப்பதால் வேறு சிந்தனைகள் தோன்றாது. அனர்த்ததமான துன்பங்கள் வராது.புளியினால் பித்தளைப் பாத்திரத்தின் களிம்பு நீங்குவது போல் என் நாம ஸ்மரணயினால் மாயை நசிக்கிறது.என் சுத்த தத்துவம் என் நாம ஸ்மரணயினால் தெரிய வரும்.-ஸ்ரீ சாய் சத்குருவாணி.​

Naamasamran is one of the Nine type of devotion to get closer to Guru, Naamasmaran energises self and keep the devotee focused on Guru thyself, As we keep chanting the engulfed Maya around us disappears leading us to clear path, Incidentally this thread was to be posted being the beginning of 2013 Sai Satcharitra Yearlong Parayan and IL/ Sai Sister “Itsmebhagi” had posted this Quote which I express as Baba’s blessing. ​

Even those who are not participating in the 2013 Sai Satcharitra Year long Parayan, can also join in Naamasamran.​

On 31st Night before going to bed, just commit yourself to chant throughout 01st Jan 2013, automatically the thought will freshen you up at the dawn of NEW YEAR 2013.​

 No Hard and fast rules whatsoever, whatever be your celebration plans, make a determination to repeat Naamasamran throughout the day.​

 Be it any istha devatha or Goddess or Guru, may be Ganesha Namaha, sairam, Sri Ramajayam, Any Gayathri Mantra, Om Namashivaye, Om Muruga, Om Narayanaya Namaha… ​

 No Counting required, keep chanting in your inner mind while cutting vegetables, engaged in the kitchen, cleaning Pooja Mandhir/Home, while involved in washing machine, travelling in vehicle or wahtever errand you perform…​

 Except while talking or engaged in conversation or watching your favorite movie/program it is not possible to concentrate.​

 Naamasmaran as it is thought need not be sat a serene atmosphere with thulasi beads or Counter and just finishing 108 or whatever is your count​

 It really helps you to get energized for a yearlong and you will feel fresh and the dose of tonic will guard you from any hurdles or obstacles. ​

 Slowly following it thereafter will make anyone more focused and internally happy whatsoever be you worry or happiness.​

Please ensure to pen down your feelings after you spent your whole day on chanting in this same thread. Thanks for your support and cooperation.​

Yes a week ahead for the 2013 parayan to commence the feel of the YEARLONG Parayan and the Naamasmaran has really started giving positive vibes and we are experiencing the pull towards thy feet.:thumbsup
