Thanks for sharing I remember when my inlaws (now no more) used to do this I was incharge or rather assistant in charge to my FIL for preparing the Ney payassam which my FIL used to cook in the big round vessel It will take for ever stirrin so much also there will be splashes onto the arm and I used to cover my hands with towel.. but the taste of that payasam was heavenly.
AC dear thanks for the first and fast fb. Glad to know that you used to Assist your FIL in making nei payasam. My dh and brother in law also prepare nei payasam for Bhagavad Sevai .True it is made in a uruli and it takes so long to make stirring all the time and I know it splashes also too much , noone can stand near . That reminds me I have not had the neipayasam and vadai. I think I will upload the photo also of that for everyone to have it virtually
Dear Viji, You make all of us to have good darshans of each and every pooja and homams. Thank you for doing this. We are all getting blessed by the Gods, from wherever it is happening to all over the world the darshans are made.
