Hi, Its really nice to know that you want a baby girl. Even i love to have only a baby girl. As far as i know, if you conceive 2-3 days before the ovulation, the chances of getting a baby girl is very high. The X-chromosome of the man is what decides the gender of the baby. Women have 2 X-chromosomes, whereas men have 1 X and 1 Y chromosome. X normally stays for a longer period in a women's body than a Y chromosome. So if intercouse is done before ovulation, the Y-chromosomes gets deteriorated soon, but the X stays and hence meets the ovule and forms zygote which is called fertilization.
