Ganeshji whom I visited near my house and in my friend's house

    I am posting here two Ganeshjis one near my house and the other Ganeshji in my friend's house. The first Ganeshji is in my friend's house.They are Iyengars and keep Ganpati every year in the house. I met my friend'shusband when I was standing in the Q for my elder daughter's admission in 1979. He was standing before me and from that time we became friends. He is a very jovial person . Though we had to stand for a long time did not feel standing so long as he was cracking jokes and entertaining us. Their son studied with my elder daughter and daughter with my younger daughter. So children were also close friends and we mothers also. When her son joined school they used to stay far away and later they stayed near our house. Now again we are staying far away but always keep in touch.
