If you sing 'lalitha navarathina maalai' you will certainly find releif. I have given some stanzas from it below. Since you are in Tamil nadu you should be able to get this full song in book stalls. This song is given by Sage Agasthya to our Guru Gyanananda Giri Swamikal.

I have been listening to this 'lalitha navarathina maalai' from my childhood without knowing that what it is for!
Only when I read your post did I know the significance and that it is called 'lalitha navarathina maalai' !!!
My mom plays the devotional cassette 'Devi thiruvilake' which has this 'lalitha navarathina maalai'. The cassette is almost 15 yrs old! And last month was its expiry! Cldnt repair it either! My mom is so used to listening to this every friday after puja that she is finding it difficult without listening to it on Friday's.I have been searching for this cassette,but cldnt find anywhere!!!
Will try to get the book as you mentioned!

I am Raji. I saw your post in this thread. I am very fond of reciting slokas.

Can you please give the Narayana Stotram in tamil since I don't know hindi. If you have any other slokas also which can be chanted daily, please do send them also (to be in tamil).

I want a ganesha shloka which my mother used to recite but i cant remember it now..can anybody pls help me in remembering that.

it goes like this:
