Great to learn that many of our online friends are also doing the Vaibhav Laxmi Puja. yes, indeed there is a lot of power in it if done with true faith and dedication. I am from Maharashtra, Mumbai and this is the 3rd year I am doing it too.

i am living in austin tx and i am thinking of doing this poojai i am a total novice in all these as my sister too says its really powerful having done it ....but i know almost no one here ... and according to this pojai we have to invite a lady every friday and 9 ladies at end of 11 weeks i dont know how i can do that i was wondering if there is anyone else in austin tx who would be interested in doing this poojai with me .... would be gr8

this is the first time I have ever done this pooja...I have started performing vaibhava lakshmi pooja last week (I wanted to do for 4 fridays..)...(I see that this procedure on the website is a bit different from the ones that is given on the other web sites however as I have started following this procedure on the first week I am sticking to it for the next 3 weeks. finally all the procedures lead us to god so thought that way....

I heard about Vaibhava lakshmi pooja from our ILite friend.I dont know anything about that except have to do for 8 or 11 weeks on fridays.
Right now i need mana shanthi.
Friends how know about this plz help me out.

dear priya,

i am the one who gave the idea.You will have perform this on friday evenings around 5.30pm.Get a book from a book shop(it is only 8rs).Everything is completely given in the book.You will not have any doubt on this after reading the book.after doing the pooja, give thamboolam to a sumangali with a book.(you will have to buy 8 or 11 books).For your better understanding just buy one book.your doubts will be cleared.

without the book you cannot understand about the pooja.

Vaibhav Lakshmi Pooja- Doubts

Hi All,

Planning to start Vaibhav lakshmi Pooja from tomorrow, am staying at P.G accommodation.
Am working in Chennai b’coz of pooja tonight am leaving to native place.

For one to two weeks if it is not possible to go to home can I continue this pooja where am currently staying (P.G) ?

Dear priya,

You can do the pooja whereever you are.This is very simple pooja and No hard rules.You can do this with what you have.Important thing is giving Thamboolam to sumangalis.You can skip the pooja only if friday comes on those 3 days.

Before doing the pooja, note the thithi, day and month and year (sanskrit) for sankalpa.Sanskrit equivalent of days is given in the book.
