    Bhaa,
    A hearty welcome to IndusLadies.com.
Hope you have gone through FE & Guidelines.

Hearty congratulations for becoming a mom soon!! Coming to your question, Eating jack fruit causes miscarriage is just a belief and myth. So, dont worry. Hope your LO will be fine. Jackfruit boosts metabolism as its a fibre rich food and regulates your Blood pressure. It is rich in A,B and C vitamins and comprises of lot of minerals and calcium and iron content. One more thing, anything in limit doesn't cause miscarriage.

    Enjoy your pregnancy!!!:thumbsup

    dono how harmful it is
but when i visited my gync for 1st month she suggested me not to eat papaya and jackfruit at all
my mil says due to heat reasons they ask us to avoid but i guess 2-3 pieces should be no harm

    Hi Bharathy,

Welcome to Indus Ladies & to this forum.
You can find our forum guidelines here...

    Congrats on your pregnancy. :)
Jack fruit is considered producing food & because of it, pregnant women are asked not to consume it! But anything in moderation is fine. Two pieces of it won't make any harm dear. Stay cool. Enjoy your pregnancy.
