Sundarakantam parayanam during pregnancy?

    Dear all,

    Everybody in my family says its good to read Sundarakantam from Ramayana when we are pregnant. Can someone let me know where I can find the lyrics of it online? Also is there any particular rules we need to follow while chanting the same or can it be read like any other sloka at any time of the day?

    hi hasini,

    even i was advised by my elders at home to read sundaragantam during pregnancy and i did so,,it really helped me to build my confidence level and wipen out any unwanted fear.i used to read it in the evening at around 6.in fact even i was in UK when i was pregnant.....
    here,i found a link for online parayanam..it can be read in either 7 or 9 days.

    Thanks for your reply. But I dont find the sloka in the below links. I could find real good meaning of the slokas there, can you please tell me where i can find the sloka for sundarakantam?

    HI,
    I Have started 2 days back...But seems i may get periods..Can we read and continue the sargams without doing puja and offering milk ...I have irregular periods that y im little confused..Anybody can help me?
