Pregnant with Inverted nipples

    Hi Friends,
    I am pregnant with my second child due in Dec. I couldn't BF my first kid due to severe inverted nipples problem.
    My doctor also didn't help me in any way. I tried very hard to BF by using nipple shield, but by that time kid is used to feeding bottle,and didn't show interest to take from me.
    I am trying hardly to not fail this time, so please help me how can I over come this problem.
    I am trying to pull it daily for some time, but can see no progress.

    Googled and found below options:

    • Medela nipple formers,
    • Supple cups,
    • Avent nipplette
    Can anyone who got any positive results by using any of above or any other methods/ways, please help me to overcome this issue.

    Dear @cutecherry,

    Congrats on your pregnancy .

    I too had flat nipple and my wid wife as advised me to start pulling exercise/massage from 20 weeks . If I find any unusual feeling or pain in my tummy then she asked me to stop it . Since mine was very flat she advised me to do thrice a day and as asked me to use the below one in the image . Also before feeding my baby I use to pull it out using the massager and immediately fed my baby . Slowly his force increased and it came out automatically . Don't give up and just keep trying from day one . Take care dear
