    Not so sure. Generally they used to tell not to sew when you have your periods. So better avoid

    It is totally safe except if you plan to stick your self with the needle. laugh1smiley

    Its is safe. If you feel pain, unusual tiredness or cramps, then just stop it. Listen to your body and inner instinct.

    Sewing on machine, may need you to bend a little forward, which might make your stomach uncomfortable, also causing sharp pains. So be careful. Make sure you do not bend ahead much. Take regular breaks and relax your back.
