    Hello friends

I had extreme severe nausea during my pregnancy. I was extremely dehydrated because of excessive vomiting. I could even smell water or even passing by restaurant would give me nausea. I wish i knew all tips before and ate all healthy food like green leafy veggies, prenatal vitamins etc

If you are planning baby pls start eating all prenatal vitamins, calcium, green leafy veggies and all super foods possible. When your nausea starts eat salty dried amla frequently. that helped taking out all acidity every morning.

Taking shower at night instead of morning also helped lot.
keep biscuits next to your bed so as soon as u wake up u can eat to prevent lowering sugar.
