Down's syndrome test results problem??

Problem of down syndromes plz help me

Crl:68.3 mm,hc:80.4 mm gest age: 13 weeks Estimates risk:truncated low NT low MoM utilised in calculation,risk would be LOWER if MOM not truncated. Disorder:downs first trimester , risk rating: Lower , age risk :1:1500,downs risk at term 1:100000, cutoff 1:150 what does the test result means ? Is any thing problem plz help me. Test name HCGb Concentration 22.8. Unit U/L median 34.36 Mom 0.66 corr.mom 0.55 NT concentration 1.2 unit mm MEdian 1.80 mom 0.67 corr.mom 0.67 (truncated to 0.8 in risk calcution). PAPP_A concentrion 2859.4 unit mU/L median 2777 mom 1.03 corr.mom 0.77 these are test results plz give suggestions

 

I am now 16 weeks pregnent .down syndrome combined blood and nt test has done at my 12 weeks 6 days pregnent.5 days back I got a letter from nhs . My clr measure 68.3 mm and hc 80.4 mm. Estimated risk: truncated low nt low mom utilised in calculation,risk would be lower if mom is not truncated..what does this means . I'm worrying about my result .i had a thought to terminate my pregnency if I had downsyndrome.i want children.age risk 1:1500 downs risk at term 1:100000 cutoff1:150 ??? Plz help me I'm very much afraid of my result
