Hi, Recently I came to know that am pregnant. I have lot of Questions to ask, 1. What are the holy books to read during pregnancy time. 2. What are the dates and timing to take care during Grahanam/ECLIPSE time. 3. What kind of food and exercise can i do.. Hi Dear, First Congrats to you! Have you consulted your doctor? Check with Dr and according to your health you can excersie other wise No. Take green leafy Veg daily, more importantly Palak. have a healthy meal with fresh veg, dal and have a whole fruit rather than Juice, bcos Juice will increase your sugar level. Take folic acid and B12 tablet as prescribed by Dr. Have a healthy pregnancy.

Play Vishnu sahasranama or lalitha sahasranama every day.. write 108 " sri rama jayam" every evening. It would help. Cheers and All the Best!

However try and read something light and relaxing. This will sooth your mind and also help you be calm and happy. Also try and read some pregnancy books also for information. I read What to expect.. 2. What are the dates and timing to take care during Grahanam/ECLIPSE time - Dates you will get from any hindu calender. Mostly people avoid going out during eclipses. You can consult family elders if anything special needs to be followed. 3. What kind of food and exercise can i do - Food: veggies, fruits, milk, some protien, dals etc. Folic acid, iron and calcium supplements as suggested by your Doc. Exercise - best is walking for around an hour daily.
Congtratz....weather of Singapore is really good for momma and baby... 1.. You can read any book..I read Ramayana during my pregnancy..or you can consult with any astrologer he can give you some MANTRA for chanting.. 2. You can eat any fruits..avoid pinapple & papaya 3. For exercise you can google it so many exercise..according to trimester... Most imp thing for Granha you can consult with you MIL /mother ...but match the time as Singapore is +hrs.. Or you can google it.. Good luck..
