    what are the fruits good for ladies during pregnancy time?can eat Bananas more?

    apple is best fruit to keep all disease away from us..

    I think you should go for apples and oranges. Blueberries too. They are really good and full of vitamins and minerals.

    Yes, It is good to have dates during Pregnancy..

    Dates contain potassium, which is necessary for muscle contraction and helping to maintain the body's metabolism and keep the nervous system healthy. This fruit also contains numerous B vitamins, which help produce red and white blood cells; and magnesium and iron. Iron is important during pregnancy to help muscle development in the fetus and to reduce the risk of anemia in both the mother and fetus.

    Can we eat custard apple during pregnancy?? I love them a lot and cant resist them on seeing..that tooo this being the season..what other fruits should we avoid???

    You can consume all fruits during pregnancy except papaya(raw) and pineapple. But still both of these fruits you can take in moderate it will not cause any harm.

    @Preethi, You can have Custard apple during preg. It is a good source of vit a,b6,c copper, potassium etc.. so you can enjoy it.

    As Ramya has said you can eat all fruits during pregnancy. Raw papya should be avoided. If you are afraid of eating papaya and pineapple you avoid them during the first 3-4 months of pregnancy and can take them in small amount after 4 months of pregnancy. Nothing will happen and I have taken them all during my pregnancies without any side effects.

    Kindly avoid fruits that have caused allergy to you before pregnancy. For example some people are allergic to green banana and some to citrus fruits lie lemon, orange, sweet lime etc.
