doubt regarding pregnancy

hi IL's....

i have a doubt regarding pregnancy....

i have married one year back and trying to get conceive....i ll be doing walking for almost 2-3 hours daily as i want to reduce my weight .now my doubt is..doing walking for such a long time ll affect the chances to get pregnancy or not.....
plz do reply for this.....i ll be waiting for ur valuable answers...

Walking or any kind of healthy exercises are good for health and will not affect your pregnancy in anyway infact it will help you maintain your body and get pregnant faster. If you are trying to get pregnant from long and with no success you should consult a good gynecologist and take appropriate tests.Good luck.

No walking will not affect pregannacy.
I dont think so. But dont take much stress. 30 mins brisk walk is much enough with proper diet and medicines.

Walking is good,and especially if you want to burn unwanted fats.At the same time ensure to eat healthy food. Did you go for Preconception counselling?Please,have a look at this link..
