    Hi Friends,
Am in the 9th month of my pregnancy. I hardly get any sleep during
nights. At a stretch cant sleep more that half-one hour and then
to turn sides I wake up or there is nature's call.
This leaves me sick and feel irritated next morning. There is also
vomitting as soon as I get up in the mornings.
    Is this normal?
    Rgds

    very very normal sadhaya,
just try to tell your mind it is just only a few days and try to take nap whenever possible not on bed may be on the sofa in a reclining position, and toilet is very irritating but understand the body weighing down and it has to function more than normal to be able to adjust to the space available, listen to soothing music, very flowing kind not the upbeat ones, and if u can stand inside water like a swimming pool it gives great releif, as you need to strain to be there, the weight becomes very light and just holding on to the side pipes u can take ur leg off ground and feel elated...regards sunkan

I'm also having the same problem..i tried almost everything to get a good night sleep but ...and when i wake up at night,i feel extremely hungary and have to munch..and worst thing..watching your darling husband enjoying that sound sleep...hahahaaaa

I know we don't have any solution to it.. I think its GOD's will to prepare us for those sleepless nights after baby's arrival...

    Take Care

    Hi Lucky dove,
When is ur baby due? Arent u at ur mother's place for delivery?
Got a few suggestions on my post - 1. listening to melodious songs... 2. relaxing near the pool etc.
Mine is due for sep.14th.. more anxious how these 2 weeks will go! All these 8 months was easy i guess, this last phase is very difficult.
    God save us!
    take care

    Hi Sadhaya,
This is a very common thing. There is nothing to get worried about. the uterus is bulged to its maximum and puts pressure on the bladder hence the frequent visits to the loo. Once i dosed off on the pot!!!, as i was so sleepy but couldnt sleep. Ha ha. Utilise the time u are awake to pray aloud. It will help. If not for the sleep, surely to keep your mind at peace and good for the baby.Have a safe deliver. Just a few more days ...

    Hi,
It is common. During my pregnancy also, I find it very difficult
to sleep at nights at the third trimester. Eventhough I felt tired
my eyes never closed. I used to walk in the living room and chant
Vishnu sahasranama. I fell asleep after a longtime.
    Anyway wish you good luck.

Gynae scanned nothing in my uterus but positive in urine test

Hi everyone out there!!!! I went to my gynae today & he did a ultrasound scanning to my uterus. The scan showed empty uterus & he told me not to worry because if in this case, maybe I am not fully 5 weeks pregnant.

Then, he did a urine test for me & he confirmed its positive. she told me to take prenatal vitamin & asked me to come back after 2 weeks to have ultrasound test
she told me that if in these 2 weeks, u see any bleeding come and see me want to know if the urine test is positive but the uterus still cant detect it, means I am consider pregnant now????

i am so Worried & my nex opainment is 23th oct. pls tel me any thing worng.
