Please Pray for my Father

My best wishes to your father and your family. I will pray for your father's speedy recovery...

My father has gone thru an Angioplasty, last year. and let me tell you that these days doctors are quite experienced and the risks they are telling you of are just to let you know, These doctors do many Angios and By Passes, in a single day... my father had to be taken to hospital in emergency at 7 o clock in the morning by 10 o clock the surgery was finished and i spoke to him at 4 o clock in the evening, he was just fine. and after 1.5 months he was back to work also... so Please dont worry, everything will be just fine. I'm giving you the first hand account.

While reading thru internet how the procedures are done, it is quite scary for me.
My father has to get 3 graftings and it will be quite a long surgery.
All my family (mom, brother, SIL, my kids ) are in Bangalore right now, only myself in US. I am trying to go before the surgery date.
I feel really scared and depressed here alone.

Do not read things on internet yaar, you will definitely be scared. Dont feel depressed, take it as a normal surgery to fix a part of his body, and i'll pray he comes back home all fine.

My dad had 2 blockages... thank god that you are at least aware of the surgery in advance.

In my dad's case, he came back from his usual morning walk as he is diabetic, and he had this sudden surge of intolerable pain... and he had to be taken to hospital immediately, now when i think of it, it was horrible, we broke all the signals and drove as fast as we could... 2 'Stents' have been implanted. My dad was discharged in a week. Everything will be fine with your dad, i assure you of that, but a lot of precautions have to be taken later on...
