Dear Vidya,
Will definitely pray for your nephew's speedy recovery.
I too agree with your idea of having separate thread for prayer requests.

Dear friends,

Once again, please note, that in the thread 'Requests for Prayers', post only the requests. Please do not post your responses there. That thread will be a ready reckoner so that we can identify the requests easily and immediately. By posting reponses there, the purpose of that thread is defeated. We could have still continued to use Shanvy's 'Let us Pray together' for posting prayer requests and responses.

I request all of to kindly read the first post in that new thread 'Requests for Prayers' and post ONLY REQUESTS there. Your prayers and responses may be posted in 'Let us Pray Together'.

regards
Vidya

dear vidya,

......................................
its a nice idea so that we know for whom the prayers are needed as soon as we open the prayer thread.
everyone of us will have different views on this. so let them all discuss here.

Dear Vidya ma'am,

My sincere prayers for your tiny nephew. May the Almighty shower his blessings for his speedy and healthy recovery. This one is specially from my heart to the lovely tiny tot Vidya ma'am. with all our combined prayers, am sure he will come out of the so called "fate" and will fly with colorful feathers to reach his target of life !! Keep posted regarding his health.

Regarding a separate forum or thread for the requests on prayers, I had always thought of the same ma'am. It would be better if we adopt a separate thread for the same.

Regards and wishes
RamyaVaradharajan

I am writing this since I visit this thread once in a days before my prayer and often it takes time to get to the request posts. This way, we can quickly identify and write down all requests made since our last log in, note down names and needs, and offer the prayers.

Please comment on this, even if you feel this is not a great idea (that is present format is just fine), no problems. I am just thinking aloud here.

And please offer a prayer for my very active(read naughty), very lovable one year old nephew who rushed into an open hearth with fire. He is now battling severe burns in the hospital. Please pray for his quick ,painless recovery. Thank you, I am counting on all of you for this.

affly
Vidya

Dear Vidya,

Good to know that the little one is on the way to recovery. He was in my prayers too.
My heart goes out for the little one and his parents must have felt terrible.
