first my prayers that your nephew should come out hale and healthy. i can't imagine battling burns..that too one year baby..let there be no pain...i am sincerely praying as i write this....

regarding what y ou have written, i also often thought about it...because some of the times, some requests go unnoticed because of of our il's coming in with their prayers...i also think it would be nice if this thread remains for request and another to put in our thoughts and prayers....

yeah your suggestion is perfect....i too have problems surfing thru the requests...it is time consuming too! So go ahead and put this action and all of us will benefit!

Thanks a million for praying for my nephew. He is still on drips etc, out of danger, but still in great pain etc. His grandma has gone from Madras to help out.

Thanks especially for not asking the question, 'what were his parents doing when he ran into the open fire?' That was the first question I snapped when I heard of this. My nephew is quite an active fellow and explores everything he sees. I hear that this whole thing happened in a flash.

And thanks for agreeing with the separate thread for prayer requests. Will start now and put a link to this thread where we can post our prayers and wishes. And here, must say a thanks to our young and energetic member Ramyavaradarajan who implemented a similar format in her Bhagavad Gita thread. I got this idea from that.

When I read this.... I was shocked... The Pains and burning irritation... that too a small baby.... I sincerely pray to God that he comes out of this hale and healthy....

Thanks,Veda for your prayers. I am not calling them for info since they are all very upset over this. So, I do the lil I can in praying for him to recover fast. He is 14 months old and started walking etc very soon. Also is quite naughty, sariyaana Krishnavataram. Hope he recovers soon.
