Dear Aksha,

Do not worry god will take care of everything. My baby was also diagnosed with kidney dilation when I was 5 months pregnant. I had a premature delivery when my baby was 7 months old her dilation was 20mm, we had subsequent ultrasound her both kidney's were dilated and when she was a month old we had a VCUG test done then ultrasounds every month. The right dilation disappeared when she was 3 months old and the left got better when she reached 9 months. Now both her Kidney's are normal.

Just pray to god and have faith in him everything will be taken care. My prayer's are with you.
