| | Healthy Snacks...
I would like to get your suggestions about the healthy snacks that I can have apart from Fruits, which I am already taking... I find all the nutri biscuits(except salted biscuits) and cracker like stuffs have milk solids in it and I dont want to take any oil based snack...
I feel hungry in the nights as I am awake the whole night and have bought museli with me and eating it.. However, need some more choices of snacks...

Hey Vidyaa,
Still awake???
Healthy snacks!!
During pregnancy if i were hungry i would eat nuts. They give energy and dont feel like am hungry after eating them.
also there are many packs that say 100 calories, try those!!
Is your little one not sleeping in nights?

Dear vidya,
In one more thread you have mentioned about leg pain,so i would suggest you to eat as many banana as you can.My personal experience was my leg pain reduced after eating banana. It is v easy, just peel it & eat,no hassle of cutting or cooking.
Actually i must also start off eating banana again.I have somehow stopped it completely dont know why...

Hi Vidyaa,
I am doing good.
Oh it is tough if you are awake in the nights once you start working.
Anika is used to sleeping on bed.
In the nights she drinks at 11pm, 2pm and 6pm and sleeps.
morning we keep her in light so that she knows the difference between in day and night. morning she is awake most of the time. but after shower she is tiered and sleeps. try giving bath in the night also this will help a lot.also donot make her get used to lifting. it will be tough.
my mom came to US on saturday. when she was lifting Anika and trying to feed her bottle, Anika did not like it. She likes to be put on bed and then fed. while playing also she lies down and we talk to her. Very less time we actually hold her.
