Can anyone suggest me if we can use a ovulation kit for the purpose of knowing safe days? How does it work? Or we cant use it for this purpose?

Ovulation kits should not be used to protect yourself against getting pregnant. They are not meant for that purpose. I have had friends track their ovualation days and still ended up being pregnant. The best way to postpone pregnancy is to use a contraceptive. Just my opinion!

yes , i agree with what mridhu has suggested . according to my experience contraceptives are more safe . you can avoid unwanted pregnency too.
now-a-days there are so many contraceptives available in the market or your doc can suggest it according to ur health condition which suits u best.

Hi,

Better you will have to consult your doctor for the appropriate contraceptive. She will help you.
