My first kid is 4 yrs now. She was 3.68 and was born in India and after her birth I pretty much lost much of my weight.

I had my second one couple of days ago and I was dumbstrucck to see my belly looking like I was carrying a 7 months old!!!!!!!!!

I did not use any belt the first time. My second one was born in US and I had asked my mom to purchase the belt(one of my friends told me it worked good). I wore it just yesterday evening for 4 hrs and it seemed to help. To share how effective it really was I will need to take some more time to see and share. My mom purchased in it some store in Velachery I suppose. Let know if anyone wants to know the store - I can find it for you

It might have been just due to breast feeding, but i started losing a couple of inches after I started tying a cotton Saree about 6 to 7 weeks after delivery through C-section. It works very well.

Mine was a normal delivery I used a cotton saree and a belt over it. It works

Saree/ Belt works fine with C-section.

You can get the belt at any medicals. Ask for maternity belt the size of your waist.

I use Squeem. Bought in walgreens. It is also available in Amazon. It really sqeezes tummy. Gives nice shape, worth the buy.

After delivery when should we start wearing the belt or tie saree?
I delivered last week, now even if some one touches my tummy hurts. it is very sensitive and i dont think i can tie my tummy now. will it be effective if we tie after few weeks?
