All the symptoms gives a hint of infection. Infections are common after delivery if not taken proper care .. please visit your gynaec as soon as possible. Don't look for home remedies or any alternative. Your health is important, after delivering the baby body becomes very weak and low immune to many infections. Take care.

 

Red Flag as you say its smelling..please check with a doctor dear...

 

DEar don't assume anything.. piles are common for many pregnant women... its not even a month after your delivery.. go for a check up sooner.. dont think about piles and anything. You are getting bllod in motion that may be some internal haemorage.. only a professional can tell you.. assuming so many things will make you upset.

Also doc would give you some medicines for infection/anal fissure if any...
