    Hi,

I had two deliveries. Both C-section.
After first delivery also, i didnt do any exercise to reduce my tummy. Now my weight is good. i am perfect in that. but my tummy muscles are very loose and saggy. it looks very odd. Ladies please give me tips to reduce the tummy muscles and make the muscles tight at least to some extent..

    Thanks..

One or two asanas are there in the yoga. It is so simple to do. If you do it on a regularly, the tummy will get reduced gradually. Pls contact any yoga guru and learn basic asanas alone. That itself is enough.

The doctors basically ask you to BF your baby exclusively for 6 months or so, and then continue with BF till upto the first year mark. That would automatically shape up your tummy and pre pregnancy shape. I've done that personally and no one says I had a baby in my tummy... I had a C-section 2 years back.
