    There was a time when I didn't
Know you, but I can't say whether
    I was happy then. Surely I wouldn't
Say that I'm sad and blame you either.

Like a tiny leaf that flutters when,
A small wind comes, I am worried much.
Why did you choose me, Oh strong one!
    I know I don't deserve that much!

Picking a worthless me you showed
How much valued you indeed are.
I can't just dare valuing that glow
Of love that radiates from you far.

You don't have to come to me!
Don't even call me! Will you?
You know? Now just whatever I see
Is you and I hear only you.

Like a flickering lamp in a cyclone
I'll persist saying your praise, dear!
From the day I first saw you, had gone
All my doubts and deep fears here!

My own people call me mad!
    Yes I am. I don't stop them.
Mad of you, so I am so glad,
Nothing else I fancy or whim!

Very beautiful one RGS! Sometimes some simple person really does not know his worth. Only when others hint they know, but what a great heart that could acknowledge it to the other. After all what is life about, the merging of souls, and that is enough to and no need of any physical interactions for a sound soul. People may say whatever, because they don't have a clue of what they are talking about, but what is within the two souls is what matters. Uniquely spiritual and profound.

    Thanks PoetLatha for your appreciation.
Happy to receive a nice feedback from you.
This is just the translation of "Pichchi", my tamil verse.
