    DEATH...
    An inevitable, or should I say natural
    Phenomena, common occurrence to all...
    This is a moment the dead can never recall....

    Sucking life and breath out of one's body...
    Wonder where it takes us, transforming
    Us from existence to soul...we sail various
    Stages of life...moving from a cradle
    Finally to a casket lying disabled...

    A complex topic to debate about...
    It's beyond the shadow of doubt...
    Death is somehow always associated with 'Fear'
    It is never easy to part from your 'Near' and 'Dear'

    It's like a King who is fearless and wanders...
    There is no battle on land that he cannot 'Conquer'
    Death sweeps you off your feet...
    Just like the first kiss on your lips, tasting sweet...

    You serve notice also at times...
    But in the end you are forced to leave,
    Like harvesting the grapes for 'Wine'
    There is no place, time or situation that can arise...
    'Death' is like a silent friend behind you in 'Disguise'

    I am a twin who was unseen,
    Born along with the one you've been
    Hugging and kissing and adoring too!
    I am not jealous! So thats ok too!

    Perhaps you get a small doubt when
    I take over a person whom you know.
    "Where is he now?", you question then.
    But go back to your life in a day or so!

    I have no bias and visit everyone
    At least once in their lives, you know?
    For a select few, I make more than one
    Visits to remind them its time to go!

    You may hate me, yes, I know!
    But I add more value to you, dear!
    In your absence only others will know
    What you have just done to them here.

    DEATH comes, but ONCE!

    It is not DEATH per se is appalling,
    BUT THE PROCESS OF DEATH,
    especially haunting one in one's old age.

    very nice S7.

    Rgs, your 2nd stanza is JUST FANTASTIC.
