A man who walks with a smile, Prodding with his light stick, Another who's there for a while, Selling cakes, spread on bricks, The beggar whose voice isn't good, Yet not discouraged, she sings, The boy who holds her good, Follows her without thinking. The man who had many rough years, Adding more lines to his forehead, The woman who holds her bag dear, Though it is torn, have all led Me to one conclusion my dear! No matter what happens to whom, The world just moves on here! I too should move on soon!
Truly said sir, we are moving on without any bothers for others, as we think ours is a bigger headache so why bother.. hard truth still you are right we move on.. I TOO move on....
Its the underlying fact of life Rgs, nice execution of it through your poem... Keep moving ....................
In fact I am amused at the open ended nature of what I wrote, after reading your feedback God2014. I was focusing more to moving on instead of brooding over a sorrow, realizing that the world will not stop for you. But you interpreted it as our general indifference towards others. Surprisingly, both fit here. Thanks for a lovely feedback. -rgs
Should I say, am lucky enough to get more feedback from you Kishoreg? Thanks so much for your appreciation and feedback. -rgs
In general, the writer is of no use when there are no readers, Kishoreg. So, I am more happy to get your time and feedback. -rgs
I liked your thoughts and the way you deal with them in a poetic way -rgs do write more and inspire us!
