Laughable!

    Standing before my lifeless form,
    He was there doing nothing.
    The priest was muttering "Ram! Ram!"
    He followed without concentrating.

    Then the priest stopped and asked,
    My husband, just one thing.
    "You know what your spouse liked?"
    He stood there saying nothing.

    Had that question been asked to me,
    I would have listed all in a haste
    He liked and forced harder upon me
    To make them as per his own taste.

    His sister then came and uttered
    That I liked nothing better than
    Him since the time we married.
    Somebody laughed louder then.

    So true!! i also ask my DH what he has compromised / given up / did something for me without me asking. all i get is silence. or a joke, to lighten the mood.
