    One thing that I too had watched, while in school.......
    Girls who had elder sisters were more mature,smarty and well-informed......there would be an air of 'know all' and poise......which would make us....those who didn't have one look up and envy.....:rant:hide:

    You and your dear sister indeed are a cute duo.......Your sweet feedback would linger in my mind for long.......:thumbsup

    I remember my classmates who had elder sisters.....
    The elder sister, would come with a bunch of her giggly giggly friends during breaks and pamper her little sister........and the elder sister's friends.......they too would pour their love lavishly on the blessed little sister.......mmmm.......:coffee

    What you say is very true, Bhargavi as i do not have sister but I have two daughters who are all that you have mentioned in your lovely snippet with each other and I miss having a sister when i see them together.

    I agree.....seeing two little girls growing up together is very sweet and pleasant....just like the song our dear Smilealways has shared in this thread.......

    OMG....knbj i end up with tears.
    indeed a heart stirring post.i too have a naughty sister.she is the younger one.
    we used to have frequent fights and compromises even till my marriage.but now i'm litrelly very far from her.she is in chennai and i'm in shanghai.miss her sooooo much.
    anyways neatly penned and nicely narrated.keep it up!!!
