Dear IL-ites,

We have changed our weekly contest to be a monthly contest. This is to bring out lot more participation from all IL-ites.

The contest for January 2011 is…

Show us your Holiday Picture

Holidays got over recently and many would have visited lot more interesting places. Show us the picture of the places you have visited during your Christmas and New Year holidays. It could be a photo of the place you have visited like scenery, shopping malls with festive decorations and so on. Do not to post your personal photographs.

How do I participate in this contest?

To participate in this contest, post the photo of your "own" holiday pictures in your public album. Then provide the link in this thread to the holiday pictures posted in your public album.

Note:

An ILite cannot post not more than 5 Pictures.

Please do not to post your personal photographs.

No copy-pasting pictures from other sources (like websites, books, magazines, emails etc.).

If you like, write one or two lines about your holiday trip.

This Contest ends on 31st, January.

I'm the first one to comment.

Ami, your holiday pictures are good and it reminds me of my history lessons. 31 Palm prints !! OMG... Sati was abolished now. Wondering about our technology growth.. From no fan to fan and from 2 leaved fan to 4 leaves. Great !!

Orion, cool pictures of Ooty. The fourth picture is fantastic and looks great.

Dear ami and orion I loved the pics..
Ami yours were so close to home style.
The bangle wala snap has a perfect lighting to portrait it as something coming out of history book:thumbsup

Orion : the pics from ooty are lovely.
Iniyamalar your pics on Munnar are really great, especially the second one "Cloud frosted mountains..."
Vjbunny : Did you try creating an album and uploading the pics as in FAQ? What exactly is the message you are getting? Nice pics from Ranganthittu and Nisarghadhamma.
