Which mobile phone model is good to use and also in features.

Hi Friends,
I am planning to get a new mobile. My Budget is 7000. Can anybody tell me some idea regarding what r the models are good and its features etc..
I am very much confused which model to get.
So you people please guide to get a good and worth mobile.
Please reply me asap bcoz i am planning to get it before Diwali.....
If you have any personal experience with any model please share here.SO that it will be very useful for others..

Hi Sangeetha,

If you can give me more information about what features are must have for you in your mobile phone, i can give you more specific suggestions. In the budget you have mentioned, i would suggest Nokia 6300. It is a very feature loaded phone, well within your budget and my personal favorite. I used to have a SonyEricsson walkman phone W810i. The sound clarity in Nokia 6300 was far superior that SonyEricsson W810i, though Nokia was a regular phone unlike W810i which is a walkman edition. So replaced W810i with Nokia 6300.

I need a mobile with userfriendly, clear volume, picture clarity, download and battery charge.
If u have any option let me know. I came to know that 6300 is not available in the market.
some of my friends refer some models. If u know any details regarding that models are welcome. Nokia 5310,5130,5220,6303 and sony ericssion g502.

please give ur comments on these models

Hi Sangeetha,

I would suggest Nokia 5310. My friend purchased it and i love that phone. It is sleek and very trendy looking. It is easy to use and has good sound output and crisp display. Battery backup is also good. My friend talks a lot on her phone and she says she charges every 3 days. It has very good reviews also. Google for "Nokia 5310 reviews".

Nokia 6303 is also a good phone as per the features listed in the Nokia website but personally, i didnt like the design. Nokia 5130 has lesser battery backup than the other 2 and also lesser screen resolution. So images will be less clearer than the other 2.

Picture clarity is good in 5310 as it is a TFT display with 16million colors. Voice and music quality is good. Most of the popular types of media files (mp3, mp4, wma) can be played in the phone. Nowadays it is coming with a free 1GB card. So you can store lot of your fav music on the phone.

As per the reviews, it is a good phone with great music and 1GB memory (card free with this phone). One main problem people seem to be facing with this phone is that Sony Ericsson has not give any preloaded themes or games for this phone. So you need to download them into your phone from the internet.

Its display resolution & colors (262,144) is lesser than Nokia 5310. But it has better battery backup. Talktime is upto 8 hours compared to Nokia 5310's 5 hours.

Actually, i was planning to get nokia 5310 after seeing ur reviews.Last week i have enquired about nokia 5310 in mobile shops. They told me that, that model is not available in the market.

So if you dont mind can you suggest some other models...

Sangeetha dont go for sony s502 the sound is really bad.. I had seen 3 mobiles with same problem.. (my friend, neihbour and collegue)
