Which mobile phone model is good to use and also in features.

2 more phones within 7k that i can suggest are Nokia 6303 and Nokia 7310. One reason i am mainly suggesting Nokia is that the phones are very user friendly and are easy to get used to. I didnt find the same with Samsung and Sony Ericsson. If you are planning to look at other brands too, let me know which brand/models you are interested in, i will do some research to find the pros and cons.

Overall Nokia 6303 fares better in terms of features and looks (personal opinion). I would suggest, once you go to the shop, hold the phone in your hand assess your feel this is the phone you want, then go for it.

As per your feedback,
5310 is ur first option right.(now i have enquired in nokia priority, they said that 5310 is available there. thats y i am asking u again).
6303 is ur second option right.
I have one doubt whether we can use these two models in abroad(US/UK)...

If you have a Edge facility and 3G available in the model u can use it in UK and US.

Features wise - 6303
Looks wise - 5310

Both have almost similar featues, except 6303 camera is better and has a few features which we rarely or might not use.

Both are triband phones. So will work in most parts of US/UK.

These are the better features in Nokia 6303:
Better camera

Camera with flash option (5310 doesnt have flash): Useful if you want to take photos in dark

Battery: talk time is more than 5310. You dont have to bother about this if you have the habit of charging your phone every day or alternate day depending on your use.

Internal memory: 6303 has 32MB while 5310 has 30MB. Not much difference.

5310 is better suited for music lovers as it has dedicated music keys and easy to manage playlists.
