If you get a card reader (sd card) there are available mp3 player combos with this...two uses for the money.
Hi, You will get a USB cable along with the Digicam. Connect your camera to the PC using this cable and turn it on. One you turn the camera on, you will get a pop-up window with various options. Use the option, "Open Folder to View Files". Once you open it, you will find 2 folders. Not sure of the names, but search both of them, you will find your pics and videos. Copy and paste them into a folder on your PC. -Lakshmi
Hi Let me explain the technical part of digital cameras. While purchasing digicams,check for the Optical zoom and digital zoom part.Also Megapixel value is important.The megapixel value gives more clarity of the picture.The more the MP value,more is the picture quality. Now the Optical zoom is the the strength of the lenses to zoom in the picture.Let it put it this way.The optical zoom value actually take the camera near to the image while zooming, so you get good quality.While digital zoom just crops the image.So always it is a better idea to go for more optical zoom value than digi zoom. I personally believe that cameras and other costly items are not purchased on a regular basis so it is OK to spend few more bucks to get good one. For you i would suggest to go with around 7MP camera with 8x-8.5x optical zoom and 3x-4x digital zoom.It gives quite good picture and cost should be around 15k-18k.Try different brands with somewhat these specifications.
