how to attach video clip of 1.91MB as the attachment of ZiP should be only 1MB in IL

Dear All,

Hope there are many ladies over here who are well versed in computers and its related stuff. Please advise me how can I attach a video clip saved in the Zip folder which is of 1.91MB space. when the aloowed size in IL is only 1 MB. When i tried to attach, its giving the message your attachment is more than the allowed size.

Help me out in compressing the size .

Hi,
You should have a software to resize the images. Once you download the software on your comp. you will be able to resize the images. I got a software along with my digital camera. Check if you have one too. Also check microsoft.com for free download.

You can use Winzip to Split your zipped files to required size (from KBs to MBs and even GBs).

To do this, follow the steps:

1. Put all your videos to a folder
2. Right click the folder and select Winzip -> Add To Zip (Or Right click and press Z Z on key board)
3. Select "Other Size" from "Split Zip File" found on the left bottom of the window.
4. Type 1 on left textbox and select MB from the right dropdown list
5. Press Add button
6. A zip file with some more files with extension as .z01 .z02 etc... are created
7. Each of .z01 files will be of 1 MB each.
8. Upload all files generated.
