I am little new to the forum (may be 2 weeks in joined)
I really find the suggestions useful . thats y posting the question here

I am pregnant (42 days) and this is my first child.I am not very sure where to continue my consultation

1. There are doctors from apollo near my home but final delivery i have to go to Greams Road

I am little concerned that will the doctors be available at right time (during my delivery) as she consults in various places (kotturpuram , velachery etc)?

2. To consult in Gunasekaran nursing home . T-nagar
My relatives live close to this place and informed me that doctors are available all time .

has anybody consulted like this before (i mean in apollo clinic and then to delivery in main apollo ) and were the doctors available in need ?

Hi All,

Anyone know about Dr. Bala Kumari of velachery K.S hospitals ? Any personal experience?My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and I am planning to take her to this doc. We stay in velachery area.

I have been to a couple of consultations to her. Seems to be pretty okay. Famous in the locality. Why dont you consider other hospitals, as this one is pretty interior and you may not have shops/facilities in the vicinity.

For a good paediatrician near alwarpet... Priya Chandrasekar somewhere near Mandaveli Bus stop.

 

There used to be a Ponnammal Panchapakesan near Burkit Road, T-Nagar. Later she had moved to South west Boag Road or something. No idea about her where abouts now. Sorry that is all I recall as I have been out of Chennai for a long time now.

Try Dr. jaishree gajaraj. she consults at malar(adyar) and also at apollo n her residence in anna nagar. very nice, experienced and senior doctor.. but a lil bit on the expensive side..
