Actually I had meant touring outside chennai , and not for commuting within Chennai.

My granny went to US and UK(as 2 trips)..None of us in our family accompanied her...She managed all the way through..The travel agent is SOTC(opposite to valluvar kottam,chennai)..Very known concern..They arrange our tour according to our wish..to be clear..for the first tour my granny didnt want anyone to share the room or accompany..while touring out alone she joined everyone otherwise for shopping and stay she herselves managed..Whereas in the 2nd tour(to UK) she requested to combine somebody as travel partner..so they shared the room and so on..

The customer service was great..Not expensive too..They took them to decent hotels and restaurants everywhere
